Return & Exchange Policy

At TheE Chosen, every oversized tee is carefully printed, inspected, and packed before shipping. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unworn and unused, In its original condition, With all original tags attached, In its original packaging, Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged item, a defective product, the wrong design, the wrong size shipped by us

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Worn or washed products, products damaged after delivery, items without original tags or packaging, products returned without proof of purchase, Gift cards, promotional or giveaway items, clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the product must meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
